🔄 Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. 
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with tags (if applicable).
• As long as the product is not damaged or incorrect, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will notify you via email. Confirmed refunds, 3-7 business days will be made to your original payment method.

📦 Damaged / Missing / Wrong Products

If the product arrives damaged or wrong, please contact us with photos within 48 hours:

📍 Return Address

Returns are processed through our distribution agents in the UK.
Please contact us for the correct return address before sending any product back.
Packages sent without approval will not be accepted.
